HOW TO PURCHASE GRANDSTAND TICKETS


Tickets for all Fair Grandstand shows are available at the Fair Box Office and at Ticketmaster Outlets, Phone Lines and Online.
All show tickets include Fair admission when purchased in advance of the show date.

The Allentown Fair Box Office is located inside the Allentown Fairgrounds between the Ritz Barbecue and The Farmers Market. The Box Office hours vary throughout the season.

To purchase accessible seating tickets -
Accessible seating tickets may only be purchased in person at the Box Office or by calling 610-433-7541. This phone number can only service accessible seating tickets and cannot be used for any other phone order requests. Ticketmaster outlets, phone lines or online do not handle accessible seating ticket orders for fair shows. There is a two ticket limit for accessible seating orders.

To purchase tickets at an outlet

Visit the nearest Ticketmaster Outlet located at Boscov's, Gallery of Sound, Strawbridge's, and select West Coast Video and Tower Records.

NOTE: Advance Fair admission tickets are also available at the Fair Box Office for $4 if purchased before August 29. These may be used anytime regular $6 Fair admission is charged. Grandstand show tickets include Fair admission if purchased in advance of the show date.

Grandstand Show Venue Policies & Procedures


Weather - All events are RAIN OR SHINE!

Purchasing concert tickets on the Day of Show -
Fairgoers may still purchase concert tickets on the day of performance at the Fair Box Office or any Pennsylvania Ticketmaster outlet ONLY. Concert tickets are not available online or by phone the same day of the performance. Fairgoers must pay Fair admission if buying concert tickets for that day's Grandstand Show. Fair admission is only included if show ticket is purchased in advance of the show date.

Will Call Tickets -
Will Call tickets are available at the Will Call Gazebo located next to the Box Office four hours prior to start of the show. Customers must have their confirmation number and photo I.D. to pick up concert tickets.

Accessible Seating -
The Grandstand venue is fully accessible. Accessible tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office or by phone at 610-433-7541.

Payment -
The Fair Box Office accepts cash, VISA or MasterCard, money orders, and traveler�s checks. Any other forms of payment including Personal Checks will not be accepted.

Children Under 2 -
Any child who has reached their second birthday requires a ticket for admission to any Grandstand show. Any child who has not reached their second birthday does not require a ticket for any Grandstand show. However, a child under age 2 may not occupy a seat and must sit on a parent or guardian's lap. If parent or guardian is non-compliant, parent/guardian will be asked to leave the venue by a venue representative.

Refunds, Exchanges, Upgrades -
There are no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades for any Grandstand Show. There is no re-selling of tickets on the Fairgrounds. All persons participating in reselling of tickets will be prosecuted within the confines of the law.

For the safety of all Fairgoers -
All hand-carried items, including backpacks, belt bags, and strollers, are subject to search by Show security. Fairgoers are encouraged to keep any unnecessary items in their vehicles.

Recording Devices -
Unauthorized filming, video, and audiotaping are prohibited inside the venue.

Cameras -
Professional cameras are prohibited inside the venue. Cameras are only allowed at the discretion of the artist performing. Fairgoers can check if cameras are allowed by calling 610-433-7541 the day of the show.

Alcohol -
Alcohol is prohibited in the venue. Alcohol is only permitted to those 21 years of age and older at the Maingate Dance Club and "Bier Garten" located on the grounds near Gate 8.

Cans, Glass, or Plastic Bottles -
No cans, glass, plastic bottles, or containers may be brought into the venue. No laser pointers may be brought into the venue.

Readmissions -
There are no readmissions into the Grandstand venue if fairgoers leave the Grandstand venue.

Chairs are set up in sections A - H as reserved seats and in General Admission areas as unresearved grab seats.
