To add to the list of great time-wasting activities online, the YouTube photo hunt is the ultimate interactive matching game. Each level has a time to beat. Complete each level, without cheating (i.e. pausing or restarting the video), to continue on. The first level, Meryl Streep will be on this page, the following levels will be on YouTube. I made it to level 19 with retrying….how far can you go?
Well, I have been waiting to write this post for quite some time now. Being in Eve Online for a little over a year now, I have had the pleasure of being in a few fleet engagements. I have had the most fun, being part of fleets that are run well, by successful Fleet Commanders (FCs). These particular FCs had the benefit of a very useful tool. It was simply called the Fleet Tool. It was written in PHP and had the ability to be accessed by both the FC and all pilots to be in the fleet.
Now I never had the opportunity to see the code for it, but since I am a programmer I decided to get started on it. I don’t know whether or not it makes use of flat files or a database, but I chose to make use of MySQL.

Ever have time to kill and not know a quick and fun way to waste those few silly minutes at the end of the workday? Well, the Eyeball Game is one way to do that. I have taken a few different online tests and whatnot. I remembered that I am considered a spacial/visual person. That means I am good at visualizing something and I can match distances (i.e. pixel spacing) or shapes.
So this game takes you through the different tasks three times, to get an average score of how close you are to perfection. The lower the number, the better. My best score is 3.55, can you beat me?
