banking system.
Q: What

A: Yes and No. Financing is only available to commercial accounts wishing
to purchase the Maverick coin operated table.
Q:
Do you accept PayPal payments?
A: Yes, but you must already have an account. If you have to start an account
or have recently opened one, PayPal will not allow purchases over $2000. Please

A: Of course, but lay-aways are restricted to 3 months.
Q: Do
I have to pay sales tax on my new table?
A: Yes, if you live in Pennsylvania.
Q:
How soon will my table be delivered after it's ordered?
A: Your table should be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks if it is in-stock. Special
orders, additional items and out of stock items can slow down your delivery
up to 1 month. It is our policy to deliver your entire order at one time,
if possible.
Q: How
will I get a pool table into my basement or upstairs?
A: You don't have to do a thing! Other companies will drop your table
at the curb or in your driveway. We will send a crew to deliver your table
and place it in any room of the house you choose.
Q: What
happens if there's something wrong with my table after it's delivered?
A: We will inspect your table upon delivery. If you aren't satisfied with
the condition of any portion of it's appearance, we will re-order that portion
of the table and deliver it to your door in a timely fashion.
Q:
Will your installers be able to work around my schedule
for the installation?
A: Yes. We will do our best to schedule your installation for the earliest
possible date after being delivered. It is also possible for your table to
be installed the very day it is delivered, if the schedule is open!

How long does it take to have my table installed?
A: A 1-man crew can finish your table in 6 to 8 hours. A 2-man crew can finish

Q: How
much does it cost to have my table installed by your installers?
A: Only $300.
Q: How
do the installers make my table level if my floor is uneven?
A: The installers will shim up any leg that requires it. If it becomes excessive,
any remaining height will be shimmed under the slate.
Q:
Can I install the pool table myself?
A: Yes. We will deliver your table as usual and even answer any questions
we can regarding the finer points of installation! It is, however, recommended
that you have your table professionally installed.

Q:
How can I see a table in person if I live far away from
your showroom?
A: We are expecting to have a showroom located in the Lehigh Valley in 2006.
Until a physical location is available, we have contact information of previous
customers who have informed us that they are more than willing to let you
see their table. All you need to do is contact us and give your location
and phone number. We will contact a customer and give them your information,
so you can handle the details yourselves.
Q:
Are your table cabinets solid wood or plywood?
A: Most of our tables' cabinets are a veneer and wood composite. Some of our
tables have a solid wood cabinet. NONE of our tables have a plywood cabinet.
All of our tables have rails that are solid wood, either oak or maple.
Q:
Do all your table slates have a backer/liner?
A: Yes they do. The more expensive tables have the backer attached directly
to the slate. The lower priced tables have their backer attached to the table's
cabinet instead.
